You can remove the data Campaignly holds from your Facebook, Instagram (Meta) or other connected accounts at any time.

Disconnect in Campaignly

  1. Sign in to Campaignly and open the Integrations page.
  2. Find Meta Ads, Facebook or Instagram and click Disconnect.
  3. Campaignly deletes the stored access tokens straight away. When it was the last Campaignly connection for that Facebook login, Campaignly also revokes its access with Meta.
  4. Disconnecting does not delete what Campaignly already read and saved in your campaigns (ad results, Page, Instagram and Pixel ids, Meta review notices). To delete that too, use one of the options below.

Remove Campaignly in Facebook

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites.
  2. Find Campaignly and click Remove.
  3. Meta tells Campaignly straight away, and Campaignly deletes your Meta connections and their access tokens. Campaignly can no longer read or change anything in your Meta accounts.

Ask Meta to have your data deleted

  1. In Facebook’s Apps and websites settings, find Campaignly and send a data deletion request.
  2. Campaignly deletes your Meta connections and access tokens, plus the Meta data it saved for campaigns you own: daily ad results, the log of changes sent to Meta, the Page, Instagram and Pixel ids picked in the Meta ads builder, and Meta review and delivery notices.
  3. Facebook shows you a confirmation code. Open the link it gives you (or this page with ?code= and your code) to see the status.

TikTok Ads

  1. In Campaignly’s Integrations page, find TikTok Ads and click Disconnect.
  2. Campaignly revokes its access with TikTok and deletes the stored access token straight away.
  3. You can also remove Campaignly from the apps you’ve authorized in your TikTok for Business account.

Delete everything

Campaignly has no self-service “Delete account” button. To delete all data Campaignly stores about your Meta or TikTok accounts (ad account and Page ids, campaign settings and reports read from them), or your whole Campaignly account, email privacy@campaignly.net from the email address on your Campaignly account. We delete it within 30 days of your request and confirm by email. Campaigns already created in your Meta or TikTok ad account stay there; delete them in Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager.
